The Trim Trail Hanging Step Challenge is a fun and engaging upper-body and balance obstacle designed for playgrounds, parks and outdoor activity trails. Featuring a series of suspended foot holds hanging from a tensioned overhead rope, this element encourages coordination, grip strength, timing and whole-body control as users move from step to step. The hanging step obstacle is engineered using steel-reinforced rope for strength, durability and weather resistance. Each suspended step is attached using reinforced connectors designed to withstand heavy use while maintaining smooth movement.

The structure is supported by galvanised and powder-coated steel posts, offering long-term corrosion protection and a stable foundation. Stainless steel tensioners and fixings secure both the upper and lower ropes, ensuring consistent tension and reliable performance across different outdoor environments.
