The Double Arch Rope Climbing Frame is a large, architecturally striking rope play feature designed for parks, schools, councils and destination playgrounds that demand a truly standout centrepiece. Two full-height pyramid-style rope towers are connected by a sweeping arched crawl net, creating a dramatic, continuous play route that children can explore from multiple angles and entry points. The open geometric structure allows up to 62 users simultaneously, making it one of the highest-capacity rope climbing structures available — perfect for large public parks, school sites and commercial leisure settings where crowds of mixed-age children need sustained engagement. Continuous climbing routes between the towers develop strength, balance, coordination and imaginative play. Constructed from premium Tafun rope — a steel-reinforced, abrasion-resistant rope built for heavy public use — with galvanised and powder-coated steel masts, aluminium or polymer connectors and stainless steel fixings throughout, this structure is engineered for long-term outdoor performance with minimal maintenance. Construction & Materials

Built using Tafun rope — a premium steel-reinforced, abrasion-resistant rope designed for heavy public use. Each rope junction is secured with high-performance aluminium or vandal-resistant polymer connectors, ensuring long-term stability and minimal maintenance under continuous multi-user loads.

The two climbing towers are supported by galvanised and powder-coated steel masts, providing structural rigidity and corrosion protection. The connecting arch net uses the same high-tensile Tafun rope system, creating a seamless transition between the towers with varied climbing angles. Stainless steel fixings, anchors and tensioning components ensure secure installation across all safety surface types.

Safety & Installation
